Celebrate five years with the F.U. Bookstore!

The Fairfield University Bookstore, located in the heart of downtown Fairfield at 1499 Post Road, will be marking their 5th Anniversary with a two day celebration on Sat, Dec 10th and Sun Dec 11th— packed with author meet & greets, live music, costume characters, raffle prizes, giveaways, cake, balloons & so much more! Pick up a brochure at the downtown Bookstore for a detailed list of the events.

Saturday Highlights include Sweet Harmony & The Bensonians— the all female and all male Fairfield University a Capella groups, will perform live in Starbucks @ 12pm. Greet Santa Claus as he arrives on a Fire Truck at the front entrance @ 1pm. Follow him up to the 2nd floor for a special visit and photos. Also on hand to greet customers will be the North Pole Ninja (new book character) and Lucas the Stag Mascot.

Sunday Highlights include “Words & Pictures” Workshop with Children’s Author/Illustrator Clare Pernice @ 1pm, 2nd floor Kids Area. Clare will read her new book, "Circus Girl," followed by an interactive approach to learning character development. Perfect for ages 4-6 but everyone is welcome. Saugatuck Digital Arts Workshop will lead an Interactive Music & Animation Demonstration on the 2nd floor, large screen @ 2pm. There promises to be something for everyone at the Fairfield University Bookstore’s 5th Year Celebration!
